Age & Opportunity is the national organisation that works to inspire and to create opportunities so that we can live healthy and fulfilling lives as we age. We do this by working with other national and local bodies to provide access to a wide range of activities, events and training.

Alone supports older people in need through a befriending service, long-term housing and crisis support in the community.


Ana Liffey Drug Project

The Ana Liffey Drug Project is a Low Threshold - Harm Reduction service. The project works with people, experiencing addiction, to minimise the harm that problematic drug use causes them, their families and the wider community.


Aoibhneas

Aoibhneas was established in 1988 to respond to the needs of women and children suffering violence in their home. Aoibhneas operates a 24 hour helpline service, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Ard Churam Day Care Centre is located in Greenville Listowel and offers a client centred programme of activities in a safe, supportive, cheerful environment. It offers the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, socialise and meet new friends.


Avondhu Blackwater Partnership

Avondhu Blackwater Partnership is the integrated LEADER Partnership Company for North County Cork and the organisation was incorporated in June 2008, following the strategic integration of Blackwater Resource Development and Avondhu Development Group.
